The Millionaire Inside

If you haven't watched CNBC's the Millionaire Inside, I think you need to. It premiered on April 21st. There are thousands of paths to achieve wealth - whether through invention of an innovative new concept or product, making the most from intricate real estate deals, climbing the traditional executive ladder or just taking on NSE with a handful of Kenyan shillings.

But some people will do anything to get wealthy: e.g. Build ponzi and pyramid schemes, rob a bank, run churches/ministries for offerings/tithes, gamble, you name it. No wonder jails are full! Would you rather enjoy your hard earned money or wallow in knowing the evil you've done?

Soaked!

Can you believe this rain? Oh my! Oh my! As much as I love the effect of rain on agriculture, it reaps havoc on roadways and everything else. Too much water is NOT good. You can imagine what Noah went through for 40 days and 40 nights. He had no TV to watch, no Video games, no Internet and like they say No Nothin'. I mean what did he do all day?

Well, apart from feeding the animals, cleaning the stable, chatting with the other 7 relatives perhaps these are the other activities he engaged in:-

  1. Music
  2. Worship
  3. Prayer (for the rain to stop)
  4. Story-telling

He must have been a very patient person, organized and consistent. So if you are in the North East, as you battle this Nor-Easter, thank God that he promised NOT to ever flood the earth again. I'll let the rain-drops fall. Try to be Noarish.

Ads; Church Ads?

You know how you get home and finally get to sit; The tube (now Plasma and Lcd) stares back at you beckoning you to turn it on. So I did.

It is well known by most football fans and others that Super Bowl is BIG on commercials (TV ads). Every year I have always wondered why churches do not put something together and present the Gospel (except for the Mormon church).
Well here came an answer on CNN - an Ad by United Methodist Church. The Newsroom presented by UMC. Now that's something. Kudos to UMC with your message; Open Hearts, Open Minds and Open Doors. It's about time.
On this Easter season, Happy B-Day to co-author, JaBi - Many Blessings and abundance to you.
